Statements & BlackBaud
As part of the student management transition last year to Blackbaud, Holy Spirit Catholic School 2024-2025 tuition management service will be continuing to use this for Tuition Management. Tuition is taken care of through the parish business office and our Tuition Management System, Blackbaud. Doris Frank and Joan Boots take care of the school finances. The benefit to this Tuition Management system is that families will be able to see their statements, invoices, fees, balances, tax statements, etc. in real time all on this program. There is a family fee for this program that families will be charged $56/family for this benefit. If a family elects to pay tuition in full by September 15th, Holy Spirit Catholic School will cover this $56 fee/family and it will be waived.Parents receive monthly statements from Blackbaud for their tuition balance and quarterly statements for Scrip.

Year End Statments for Taxes
Tuition statements showing your tuition transactions can be accessed in your parent Blackbaud account.
Once logged into your account at https://parent.blackbaud.school/ select the desired session year, then click on the Family Year End Statement or Student Year End Statement (button)
Payments
There are several options to make payments. We accept payments online or making a payment at the school office. Your tuition is normally set up through an automatic withdrawal. Although we do accept online payments for things like childcare or hot lunch, Holy Spirit Catholic School encourages you to make these payments at the school office as the school is picking up the transaction fees associated with these online payments.
Hot Lunch
Please work to keep your child(ren)'s hot lunch balance positive. We accept payments online or making a payment at the school office. We do not do lunch payments in PowerSchool. Low lunch balance email notifications can be set up in PowerSchool. The District app Code for PowerSchool is MNJQ.
Lunch Charge Policy
Holy Spirit Hot Lunch program participates in the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch program. For further assistance with this application, please contact Joan Boots at the parish office (920) 788-7640
Childcare

Holy Spirit uses a program call Brightwheel for parents to sign in and out their child(ren). We use this program to also send out childcare statements, and can communicate with parents. However, we do all our billing through the Holy Spirit parish office and not Brightwheel.
